All Hug-A-Plush items are made-to-order in the USA through our trusted partner, Plushland. Every design is printed and packed with care before being shipped directly to you or your loved one.

You can ship directly to the recipient — just enter their address at checkout. We never include pricing information, and you can even add a personal message to make it extra special.

Yes — all U.S. orders over $50 ship free!

Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

Because each plush is made to order, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse — but if your plush arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
